The scope of the contract includes the purchase and distribution of active electricity - round-the-clock to energy consumption points for the Municipality of Ustronie Morskie.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity from the power grid to the Ordering Party's facilities together with the distribution service, carried out on the basis of the sales contract referred to in Article 5(2) of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and the provision of commercial balancing services in 2023, for the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023

2. As a result of the conducted proceedings, comprehensive contracts for the purchase of electricity for individual Customers will be concluded.

3. The Contractor, on behalf of the Ordering Party, shall be obliged to conclude distribution agreements for all collection points listed in the tender documents.
