FHS's purchase of catering amounts to approximately SEK 2,000,000 annually. FBA purchases catering for approximately SEK 330,000 annually. The contract value for five years is thus approximately SEK 11,650,000.
The café has revenues of approximately SEK 4,000,000 per year.

FHS uses the electronic procurement tool TendSign (www.tendsign.com). It is free of charge to use the system, to retrieve the specifications and to submit tenders. Tenders may not be submitted in paper format, by fax or e-mail.

FHS's purchase of catering amounts to approximately SEK 2,000,000 annually. FBA purchases catering for approximately SEK 330,000 annually. The contract value for five years is thus approximately SEK 11,650,000. Value and volume are based on previous years' statistics, please note that FHS and FBA do not guarantee any volumes. Supplier shall provide the actual value.
In addition, Christmas parties and summer parties are held, which are sometimes arranged externally. If the catering range becomes attractive, it is possible that both FHS and FBA choose to place their respective parties in the premises at FHS Campus DKV and have in-house catering from the supplier.

If a Tenderer does not register on Visma TendSign's website, but collects the tender documentation in another way, FHS cannot guarantee that information about the procurement (possible clarifications and questions and answers) during the tender period and during the evaluation process will be provided to the Tenderer.
