The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to THE SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, civil code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Order – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ: The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 8 249 621.00 kWh.

The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued pursuant to them.

The Municipality of Drzewica and the members of the Purchasing Group and their organizational units will conclude separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure under the unlimited tender procedure for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE DRZEWICA COMMUNE PURCHASING GROUP Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organizational units is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ. It will be the duty of the selected Contractor to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the appropriate Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change of seller. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex No. 4.1 to SWZ)

The Contracting Authority shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of:

• Commune of Kiełczygłów

• Municipalities of Opoczno

• Municipalities of Rawa Mazowiecka

• Municipalities of Sadkowice

Order — purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:

1) The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 8 249 621.00 kWh.

2) Performance of activities resulting from the power of attorney, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Proposed provisions of the contract (Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator to perform the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Contractor, make declarations of will and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing energy sales contract electrical and provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representing the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of distribution services.

The Contracting Authority informs that the process of changing the seller takes place once again. Details are included in Annex No 1 to SWZ.
