The contract covers services for preventive maintenance (operation and maintenance) and corrective maintenance (repairs and works), as well as replacement work or renewal of all or part of the materials and equipment of elevators, hoists and book lifts of the University of Aix-Marseille.
Applicants have the opportunity to submit bids for all lots. In the event that a candidate is ranked 1st on all lots, he will be awarded a MAXIMUM of one prize.
The limitation of the number of lots that may be awarded to the same candidate is justified in particular by the responsiveness required of future holders, and to ensure the security of the means to be mobilized for the performance of the services.
For lots 1 and 2, the priority of allocation goes to lot 1
Maintenance and associated works of the lifts of the sites of St Jérôme, Aix en Provence, La Ciotat, Salon de Provence, Avignon and Arlesthe contract covers preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as the replacement or renewal of all or part of the equipment and equipment for lifts, lifts and book lifts at the sites of St Jérôme, Aix en Provence, La Ciotat, Salon de Provence, Avignon and Arles. This is a single-awarding framework agreement executed as and when purchase orders are issued, which does not include a minimum but a maximum threshold of 800,000 euro Ht/Per year. This maximum threshold corresponds to the maximum budget of the university over the year.
