Project management for the rehabilitation of a set of two R + 10 buildings of approximately 180 housing units by carrying out the following works, in particular:

- renovation of the facades with thermal insulation from the outside;

- repair of the flat roof with, in particular, the replacement of the existing waterproofing complex by a new waterproofing complex and implementation of an insulation complex;

- implementation of certain interior works according to the works program attached to the consultation file.

This contract relates to a project management mission: basic mission as defined by the MOP law and complementary OPC missions (in conditional phase) and DIAG.

Estimated duration of the work: fifteen months.
