The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for office and laboratory rooms in the buildings of the Building Research Institute.

The awarding entity allows partial offers to be submitted:

Part 1 - cleaning ITB facilities in Warsaw

Part 2 - cleaning ITB facilities in Pionki

Part 3 - cleaning the ITB area and facilities in Katowice

The Employer allows the submission of bids by a given Contractor for any number of Parts.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract under individual Lots is in Chapter III of the ToR.

The Purchaser will make a separate assessment and select the most advantageous bid in each of the Lots.

Przemysłowa 2 with the help of the Contractor's equipment, devices, tools and cleaning agents.

The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness in office rooms, corridors and staircases, toilets, social rooms, halls, laboratories in buildings and to maintain cleanliness of the external area of the property of the Institute of Building Technology located in Katowice at al. W. Korfantego 191 with the help of the Contractor's equipment, devices, tools and cleaning agents.
