The new port building in the Port of Brønnøy is part of a contract between Brønnøy Havn KF and Søren Nilsen AS (SNAS). The building will replace the port building that was demolished to make room for the new register building in Brønnøysund. SNAS will cover the construction costs for the building, based on the signed contract between the parties. The building is designed and specified in accordance with this contract and the current regulations. This contract is available upon request.

In several places the description of the work has two different solutions for the execution, one in accordance with the contract between the parties, and an alternative solution. All the sections must be completed in order to be considered in the tender evaluation. In the event of a deviation from this, alternative sections will be completed with 70 % of the average price from the other tenders for a price comparison that will form the basis of any contract negotiations.
