The purpose of the contract is to set the operating conditions for thermal engineering facilities
Lot 1: the operator will carry out work P0 works at the conclusion of the contract (conditional slices) within the framework of lot 1, site of Dijon, according to the following description:
- base: various,
- hydraulic, electrical and control modifications for various upgrades set out in article 2.2 of this CCTP.
Conditional slices
- nº 1: 3 CTA of the amphitheater of the Demeter tower,
- nº 2: "Bouches / Nettoyers" radiators,
- nº 3: hydraulic collectors under station amphis,
- nº 4: system 2 tubes of clim / warm general Médiadoc,
- nº 5: heating maintenance valves of the Demeter tower.
It will provide P2 services (Pf market) on the heritage of Dijon in the context of lot 1.
Under Lot 2, the operator will provide P1-P2 (Mt market) benefits on the Lempdes portfolio of the client.
The operator will ensure the performance of works P0 Works at the conclusion of the contract (conditional slices) within the framework of lot 1, site of Dijon, according to the following description:
