It is assumed that the bidders/bidding consortia make use of the services of Deutsche Post AG in the context of letter transport in the case of partial services in accordance with Section 11 (1) in conjunction with Section 28 (1) PostG. This is expressly permitted, but not mandatory. In contrast to the basic provisions of the client's tender documents, the general terms and conditions of Deutsche Post AG apply to these partial services. When the contract is concluded, these partial service contracts must be submitted.
