1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of waste

from municipal property owners residing in the city of Łęczyca in 2019

a method that takes into account all guidelines and requirements set out in the ToR.

2. The subject of the order is financed from the budget of the City of Łęczyca.

3. Employment requirements by the Contractor or subcontractor based on an employment contract, about which

referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PPL, persons performing activities indicated by the Employer

performance of the contract has been specified in the Contract Template.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 8 to the ToR.

Object of the contract: Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners

living in the city of Łęczyca in 2019

1.1. The contractor is obliged to:

Provision of municipal waste collection and management services from property owners

residing in the city of Łęczyca including waste collection:

- from owners of residential properties,

- from the Municipal Waste Collection Selective Point supplied by the owners themselves

real estate,

- from nesting points.

1.2. As part of the price offered, the contractor is obliged to:

1.2.1. development of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

The contractor will prepare the necessary documentation and obtain valid permits and decisions needed for

operating the said point, in accordance with applicable law within one month

from the date of the contract. The contractor will develop the yard by equipping it with containers for

selective collection of the following waste: chemicals, waste electrical and electronic equipment from

households, used batteries and accumulators, expired medicines, bulky waste, construction and demolition waste, other hazardous waste, raw material waste (plastic, metal paper, glass, multi-material packaging).

The capacity and type of containers will be adapted by the Contractor to the amount of waste delivered. It is required to

the containers were airtight, had a lid and were marked accordingly.

Organizing by the Contractor within 1 month from the date of the contract and conducting on the site
