1. The subject of the contract is the assessment of the impact of the implementation of protective measures on the conservation status of natural habitats in Natura 2000 areas: Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052, Ostoja Piska PLH280048 – 2 parts, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. Working documents and final documents created during the performance of the contract must be marked with the logos of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, General Directorate for Environmental Protection, Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Olsztyn, European Union. The model of logotypes and the requirements for using logotypes will be handed over to the Contractor after signing the contract.

3. Quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract are included in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Task No. 1 – The impact of the implementation of conservation measures on the conservation status of natural habitats in the Natura 2000 Ostoja Napiwodzko-Ramucka PLH280052 site for natural habitats: 7110, 7140, 7230, with a total area of approx. 44.04 ha (approx. 19 patches). A detailed description of each part of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Task No. 2 – The impact of the implementation of protective measures on the conservation status of natural habitats in the Natura 2000 Ostoja Piska PLH280048 site for natural habitats 7110, 7140, 7230, 6410, with a total area of approx. 7.93 ha (approx. 14 patches). A detailed description of each part of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
