Sandefjord Lufthavn AS would like to procure EDS Standard 3 for Torp Sandefjord Airport, cf. the regulation (EU)2015/1998 and decision C(2015)8005. The contract includes procurement, installation, maintenance, and a maintenance contract.

2 Scope of the contract

Tenderers must offer a complete holding baggage screening system (HBS system).

- Procurement and installation of ECAC certified EDS standard 3

- Integration of equipment with the existing baggage sorting system

- System implementation

- Programming

- Testing

- Participation in the test period - minimum 3 months

- Training

- Maintenance and spare parts contract

- Work in the baggage sorting system and other areas must be planned and adapted to the flight programme and strain on personnel in the areas for the minimum possible operational disturbances to operations at Torp. Tenderers must state at which times in the process there will be a need to close the baggage system and the length of the closure. It must assumed that there will be work outside normal working hours.
