The Contracting Authority invites tenders for Geological Expert Services in accordance with this call for tenders and its attachments.
The minimum requirements of the services have been described in this document and Attachment 1 "Description of the Procurement". More detailed description of the service is available in Attachment 2 "Description of the Service".
The call for tender covers the contracting period. The assignments will be agreed during the contract period.
The Dynamic Purchasing System will be valid until 7.6.2024, unless it is suspended earlier. Procurement Agreements shall be concluded before the end of Dynamic Purchasing System. Procurement Agreements may be valid two (2) years after the end of Dynamic Purchasing System.
With this procurement GTK seeks expertise for overseeing the design and implementation of data model and data management. The design and implementation work is carried out by SGS selected Implementor and it is out of scope of this service description. Project tasks consist of activities such as reviewing technical documents, plans and standard operating procedures, participating in the progress meetings, testing, providing feedback and improvement ideas, documenting issues, performing audits and reporting. The work is carried out as a team led by GTK and experts from the Service Provider will be merged into GTK’s team. GTK is responsible for the communication with the SGS.
GTK expects the Service Provider to nominate two (2) key experts to implement the project tasks. Additional points are granted for nomination of a third expert. Nominated persons should be in the expert level in the area within the scope of the project.
The work will be done in bursts following the actual implementation schedule. Duration of the work is estimated to be 6-16 person months during the timeframe of Q1/2023-Q4/2024.
