Supervising the design and implementation of Works and managing the Contract entitled: "Design and construction of the Sanok bypass – stage II within DK No. 28 Zator – Medyka (length approx. 3.0 km) together with technical infrastructure, structures and construction equipment"

The limited number of characters in point II.1.1) makes it impossible to give the full name of the order, therefore the name of the order is given in this point.

The service shall include the performance of the consultant's duties in accordance with the contract, based on the terms of the Contract of the investment task, in particular:

- supervision of design, verification of the design documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, verification of the results of making control calculations in order to find possible errors;

- management, exercise of investor supervision and control over the execution of works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate;

- conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this area with GDDKiA services;

- fulfillment of reporting obligations arising from EU procedures

And cooperation in this regard with the GDDKiA services;

- fulfilling the obligations arising from the procedures contained in the applicable requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and the procedures of the beneficiary of Projects for the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective);

- the provision of investor supervision services over the execution of construction works and participation in warranty reviews and supervision of the removal of any defects/defects found in warranty reviews under the Contract concluded;

- performance of tasks taking into account requirements and guidelines for tasks co-financed from the European Union;

- to support the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project;

- supervision of project work and robots in the field of additional tasks necessary for the implementation of the Project resulting in the implementation of the Contract - awarded under the Public Procurement Law Act;

- constant monitoring, handling and settlement of matters related to proper performance by individual Contractors, Contractor documents and works at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with Consultant Teams supervising neighbouring investments in result of which the Consultant will have the obligation to work out the rules and manner of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and works.
