Restricted procedure for selecting an Energy Service Company (ESCO) for the awarding of a mixed concession of goods and services for energy requalification and management of public lighting systems for 15 Municipalities of the Metropolitan City of Venice, divided into two lots, and more specifically in the Municipalities of Fiesso d'Artico, Fossò, Mira, Mirano, Santa Maria di Sala, Stra for Lot 1, to be carried out with Third-Party Financing (FTT), pursuant to arts. 2, paragraph 1, lett. m), and 15 of Legislative Decree no. 115/2008. Lot 1 includes 17,116 lighting points. For Lot 1, the current indicative energy supply costs of the last three years amount to a total of approximately EUR 1,258,520.00 per year, and the indicative annual amounts of energy supply amount to a total of approximately 7,372,406 MWhe of Electricity. The current indicative operating and maintenance costs amount to a total of approximately EUR 288,070.00 per year. All the above costs are net of VAT. The total amount of the planned redevelopment interventions, also necessary to obtain the minimum reduction in consumption required, is estimated at around EUR 4,600,000.00 plus statutory VAT for Lot 1. The assignment is aimed at obtaining a reduction minimum guaranteed energy consumption on municipal public lighting installations considered as a whole equal to at least 50%, compared to current energy consumption, with assumption of operational risk by the concessionaire, according to the methods and terms that will be better outlined in the invitation letter.

Lot 2 includes n. 17,127 public lighting points of light. For Lot 2, the current indicative energy supply costs of the last three years amount in total to around EUR 1,082,182.00 per year, and the indicative annual amounts of energy supply totaled about 6,117,577 MWhe of Electricity. The current indicative operating and maintenance costs amount in total to approximately EUR 247.906.00 per year. All the above costs are net of VAT. The total amount of the planned redevelopment interventions, also necessary to obtain the minimum reduction in consumption required, is estimated at around € 4,000,000.00 plus statutory VAT for Lot 2.
