The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of forest protection to be performed in the Sława Śląska Forest District.

Specifics of the item of the order:

1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672), including forest protection works to be carried out in the area of the Sława Śląska Forest District.

2. The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest protection resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix 2.1. – size of works by groups of activities, activities and location;

Appendix 2.2. – illustrative maps,

Appendix No. 2.3. – description of forestry technology.

3. The subject of the contract in its scope of the contract includes m.in.:

- removal of fences with a length of 397.70 HM,

- repair of fences with a length of 414.96 HM,

- repair or replacement of 21 existing gates, passages, wickets,

- erection of 10 new gates,

- replacement of 3 gates with the so-called "sleeves", with a length of two walls of 45 - 50 m each.

Note: Whether a given section of the net is suitable for reuse or for scrap is decided by the local forester or sub-forester, who before performing the service marks the sections of the net intended for scrap with paint.

4. The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots.
