The City of Pieksämäki requests binding written tenders in accordance with the appendices to the procurement notice published in the Hilma notification channel for the use of the City of Pieksämäki for the Property Tax Survey 2023 – 2025 430221 / 2023 procurement as presented in this invitation to tender.

The project aims to carry out checks and updates of property tax and building register data for properties and buildings. In accordance with Section 147 of the Mrl, property mapping work is carried out in such a way that all buildings are measured. The aim of the work is to update the property tax information and the city's building register data by checking all 10 m2 and larger buildings in the register and those missing from the register (excluding city-owned buildings and buildings with otherwise insignificant property tax value) in the area with basic information on site. The revision work and the updating of building data are planned to cover the entire municipality during 2023–2025.
