SHM Zonnige Kempen wants to draw up a framework agreement for the technical maintenance and related repairs of the collective installations, ventilation systems and split units in the patrimony of social housing company Zonnige Kempen.

This is a framework agreement for the duration of one (1) year.

Extension by 3 times one (1) year is possible - after approval by the board of directors.

The extension can be allowed a maximum of three (3) times. The maximum duration of the assignment is 4 years.

This framework agreement is divided into 2 lots:

- Lot 1: technical maintenance and repairs of collective heating installations, DHW and split units,

- Lot 2: technical maintenance and repairs of ventilation systems.

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide for:

Part 1: statutory inspections - carried out by the employees of the [...] own staff (see order documents).
