Renovation of a building located at 157a Jedności Narodowej Street in Wrocław

The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) roof repair,

2) renovation of the staircase,

3) renovation of residential premises no. 23 and no. 24 (vacant buildings),

4) replacement of window joinery in common areas - basement,

5) the construction of the room of the heat node together with the necessary installations,

6) repair and reconstruction of sanitary installations including:

a) the conversion of the heating method with heating supplied from the city network together with the dismantling of current old heat sources,

(b) the installation of hot water and circulation in the building together with the dismantling of the current sources for the preparation of hot water,

(c) reconstruction of cold water and sewerage systems,

d) replacement of water supply connections to buildings at 157A and 157B Jedności Narodowej Street,

7) execution, delivery and assembly of the "information board for the construction time" - in accordance with the "Instructions for the Contractor, Rules for marking the investment in the field of information for residents" together with the patterns of the boards.
