Telecommunications services. Provision of a fully managed Mobile Voice and Short Messaging Service (SMS) for British Forces Germany. These services are required for a 3 year period 1 November 13 to 31 October 16 – with an option to extend on an annual basis for an additional 2 years.

The Mobile Voice and SMS service shall cover, but is not limited to:

(i) Mobile Voice and SMS Subscription.

(ii) Device Provision – mobile devices that are capable of handling voice and optionally data services (approx 1500 to 1800 devices).

(iii) Is capable of operating primarily in Germany but including worldwide roaming capability.

(iv) Helpdesk – with an English speaking capability, 24 x 7 365 days basis.
