The listed building “Lenzbräu” is the oldest brewhouse in the district and dates from 1677.

The building is to be used as an intercultural family and civic center in the future. It houses the rooms of the city library and the “Mittendrin” family center.

The tendered service includes painting work in and on a listed building.
