1. The subject of the contract is the provision of protection, supervision of property and service of the concierge and reception in the facilities of the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk.

2. The Contracting Party requires that the Contractor with whom the contract will be concluded shall hold liability insurance for the entire period of the Agreement in the scope of the business involved in the subject of the contract for the guarantee sum of min. 2 000 000,00 PLN.
