The city of Rösrath would like to restructure the Freiherr-vom-Stein school centre in Rösrath by expanding and renovating it. The aim is to renovate existing school buildings with approx. 22,000 sqm GFA and to build a new building with approx. 2,600 sqm GFA, in which the canteen, premises for the tied all-day operation and specialist rooms will be accommodated. The tendering and awarding of the construction services is carried out on a trade-by-trade basis. In the present case, metal construction and locksmith work are put out to tender.

The services to be performed essentially include:

1. Steel handrails, about 20 pieces, total running meters, about 85 meters

2. Acrylic resin lacquer handrail coating, approx. 85 m.

3. Steel ramp construction, 1 piece.
