Multi-technical maintenance of the technical installations of the Abbesses site (31, rue des Abbesses and 8, rue Véron 75018 Paris). The site is home to two interlocking establishments open to the public: the Théâtre de la Ville - les Abbesses located at 31, rue des Abbesses and the Abbesses dance studios of the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional located at 8, rue Véron Paris 18th. The services constitute a global market. This contract is for mixed prices, prices are subject to revision. The services are broken down into a flat-rate part on the one hand and a single part with purchase orders on the other. For the unit part with a minimum amount per 24-month period: 20,000 euro(s) excluding tax and maximum amount per 24-month period: 150,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). The contract will be executed by issuing successive purchase orders according to the needs of the administration, within the limits of the amounts set out in Article 4.2 of the Deed of Commitment (AE) and Article 3.1 of the CCAP. Duration of the contract: - preparation period: 1 month from 1 May 2024 or from the date of notification if it occurs after 1 May 2024. This period is not renewable.- Execution period: 24 months from 1 June 2024 or from the date of notification if it occurs after 1 June 2024. The contract is renewable once for a period of 24 months, under the same terms from the day after the end of the first period
