The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wants to conclude a framework agreement with one service provider in the field of services. The intention is that the Agreement will take effect on 10 October 2023.

The client is looking for a supplier/installer who has experience and knowledge with the installation and associated supply of materials in the field of electrical building-related installations for housing objects. These objects are located abroad.

Especially for places where there are no local possibilities or where undesirable situations may arise for safety reasons, a partner is sought who is able to offer this help. Where possible, the person concerned must carry out the work independently, but in close consultation and under the supervision of the employee concerned of the DHF department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has the strategy to have the installations delivered and installed by a local installer as much as possible. However, there are situations where this is not possible and the Client wishes to use a contracted supplier.

There are also situations conceivable where the entire process is carried out entirely by the Contractor.

The work is mainly small-scale and will not go beyond installations intended for small office buildings of approximately 1500 m2, consisting of an average of 20 to 30 workplaces.
