The current annual size of the framework agreement is approximately € 975,000 incl. VAT for lot 1 and

€ 900.000,- excl. VAT for lot 2. With an intended (maximum) contract period of four (4) years (an initial term of two (2) years and two (2) times one (1) option year), a maximum contract value of

€ 6.000.000,- incl. VAT for lot 1 and € 5.500.000,- incl. VAT for lot 2 used.
