"MODERNIZATION OF GENERATORS FROM UNITS NO. 2, 7 AND 9 IN 2023"
The detailed scope of the item of the order is specified in Part II of the SWZ.
"MODERNIZATION OF GENERATORS FROM UNITS NO. 2, 7 AND 9 IN 2023"
The subject of the contract includes, among others:
(a) Generator stators from blocks 2 and 7:
1. Washing and cleaning the inside of the stator.
2. Stator core testing by low-induction method (EL-CID, DIRIS).
3. Control and removal of possible defects in the winding cooling system.
4. Control of the front joints of the stator windings and their fixing with the removal of defects, including checking and correcting the mounting of the expansion rings on the front joints.
5. Inspection of lead rails with removal of defects.
6. Replacement of gaskets on power output culverts, zero and water insulators.
7. Control and possible correction (up to 30%) of wedging.
8. Control and possible improvement of active iron suspension.
9. Control of the core and its compactness (measurement of core compactness).
10. Improving the painting of the stator interior.
11. Securing materials for inspection.
12. Preparation of complete documentation of stator modernization with protocols from all tests and measurements and a detailed description of the work performed.
(b) Impellers from generators of blocks Nos 2 and 7:
1. Transport of the rotor from the Power Plant to the Contractor's Plant.
2. Control of the wedging state of the rotor.
3. Checking and legalizing the working surfaces of pins and seals.
4. Rotor geometry check.
5. Penetration and magnetic-powder tests of the shaft in accessible places.
6. Removal of caps and their checking (ultrasonic and penetration tests of caps and centering rings).
7. Testing of hubs, blades and pins of rotor fans.
8. Semi-clutch control and test, adhesion check.
9. Control of winding face connections and insulating elements with improvement of the wedging condition of the faces.
10. Execution of new hamster insulation in class F.
11. Inspection of slip rings and possible improvement of geometry.
12. Replacement of O-rings on short and long drain screws.
13. Installation of disassembled parts on the rotor.
14. Impeller drain leak test.
15. Measurement of insulation resistance of rotor windings.
16. Measurement of winding resistance.
17. Control of the inter-turn insulation of the winding.
18. Checking and improving the patency of ventilation ducts;
19. Rotor balancing and centrifugation – increase in revolutions to 3300 rpm with electrical tests and measurements at speed.
20. Cleaning, painting and preparing the rotor for shipment.
21. Transport of the rotor to the Power Plant after inspection.
22. Preparation of complete documentation from the modernization of the rotor with protocols from all tests and measurements and a detailed description of the work performed.
(c) Generator stator from block 9:
1. Washing and cleaning the inside of the stator.
2. Stator core testing by low-induction method (EL-CID, DIRIS).
3. Control and removal of possible defects in the winding cooling system.
4. Control of the front joints of the stator windings and their fixing with the removal of defects.
5. Control of mounting the pin rails of the stator winding with the removal of defects.
6. Disassembly, replacement of gaskets, checking the tightness and then installation of power output culverts, zero and water insulators.
7. Control and possible correction (up to 30%) of wedging.
8. Control and possible improvement of active iron suspension.
9. Control of the core and its compactness (measurement of core compactness).
10. Improving the painting of the stator interior.
11. Securing materials for inspection.
12. Preparation of complete documentation of stator modernization with protocols from all tests and measurements and a detailed description of the work performed.
