The tender includes painting, varnishing and wallpapering work in the 1st construction phase for the conversion and extension at the St. Marien Hospital in Ahaus. The following subsections in component 700 on the hospital grounds are affected by the construction measures:

1.2 Intensive care unit: Component BT 700, only interior fittings on the 1st floor (empty floor available).

1.3 Obstetrics: Component BT 700, only interior fittings on the 1st floor (empty floor available).

1.4 .1 Geriatrics: Component BT 700 only interior fittings on the 2nd floor (empty floor available).

1.5 Bed ward: Component BT 700 Extension incl. interior fittings 3rd-5th floor (new).

1.6 Technical centre: Component BT 700 New technical centre 6th floor (new).

The construction site is located in the city area of 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101. The construction work must be carried out during ongoing hospital operations.
