The subject of the contract are structures controlling landslides and excessive transport of seashions to continuously flowing creeks in Limanowa Forest District, Limanowa County, in Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in accordance with the project and Technical Specification for the Performance and Reception of Construction Works ( TWIORB) forming Annex 8 to the SWZ.

This contract is the 2nd proceedings for the works concerned and constitutes the 3rd part of the first procedure announced on the Contracting Authority's website on 13.12.2021 Zn. Spr.: SA.270.1.13.2021.

The subject of the contract are structures controlling landslides and excessive transport of sediments to continuously flowing creeks in Limanowa Forest District in Limanów County, in Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in accordance with the project and Technical Specification for the Performance and Reception of Construction Works (STWIORB ) forming Annex 8 to the SWZ. The scope of work is presented in the Technical Specification for the Performance and Reception of Construction Works annex 8 to the SWZ.

The contractor submitting the tender will have to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and the conditions for participation in the proceedings under the terms described in the Specification of the Conditions of Order (SWZ).
