Installation of BA systems in buildings as follows:
- Installation of a new ISP in the same place;
- Connection of heating systems (HK distributor with 2 heating circuits, control of zone valves), RLT systems (1 central device with self-sufficient, on-site controller), refrigeration split system (BACnet connection of 2 outdoor and 7 indoor units), messages from TW- , ELT, GMA and RWA status reports to a small extent;
- Establishment of cable routes / laying systems;
- Cable laying / connection;
- Installation of sensors / room control units;
- Component identification / addressing acc. Specifications of the client;
- Communication to autonomous trade controllers via BACnet / IP;
- Participation and detailed coordination for the purpose of on-site GLT connection via BACnet / IP (including self-sufficient system controller) with third-party service providers and contractors, taking into account client-side requirements (including specifications);
Quantities, approx:
- 1 new ISP to be set up as a baying cabinet combination with approx. 170 physical I / O functions and approx. 190 common I / O functions;
- Integration of the new ISP into the automation network of the existing ISP / GLT via BACnet / IP (approx. 300 BACnet objects), GLT brand of the type "Wonderware - Application Server 2014 R2";
- 25 pcs. Duct / immersion sensors, leak detectors;
- 5 pc room control units;
- 350 m installation cable NYM-J up to 7 x 1.5 mm;
- 3,400 m installation cable JY (St) Y 2 x 2 x 0.8 mm
- 50 m of electrical installation pipes PVC-U / steel OD 20 mm to OD 32 mm;
- 120 m cable tray / ladder, galvanized steel with bends and branches on brackets with stems 100 mm wide to 300 mm wide and profile rails;
- 60 junction boxes / device junction boxes;
- 5 pieces of openings in masonry D = up to 25 mm;
- 10 core drillings in reinforced concrete D = 25 to 100 mm;
