The purpose of this contract is to supply high- and low-voltage electrical energy to supply points dependent on the Public Service of Wallonia (SPW), SOFICO and certain other public actors in Wallonia (APW).

The parties agree to designate the Walloon Region-SPW- Mobility and Infrastructure as the contracting authority that intervenes in their collective name, in the award and execution of the contract, within the meaning of Article 48 of the aforementioned Law of 17 June 2016.

The contract provides for a separate payment for each part of that contract.

The market is divided into 2 lots:

- Lot 1: All sites supplied with high voltage (HV) infrastructures of the Walloon Region (SPW – MI, SPW – ARNE, SPW – TLPE, SPW – SUPPORT), SOFICO and some APWs.

- Lot 2: All the sites supplied with Low Voltage (LV) of the infrastructures of the Walloon Region (SPW – MI, SPW – ARNE, SPW – TLPE, SPW – SUPPORT), SOFICO and some APW.

Both lots will be the subject of a 100% renewable energy supply offer.

The sale of electricity produced by the Contracting Authority's self-producing sites during the period of validity of this contract is also part of this contract.

Supply of electrical energy for all sites supplied with high voltage (HV) infrastructures of the Walloon Region (SPW – MI, SPW – ARNE, SPW – TLPE, SPW – SUPPORT), SOFICO and some APWs.

The estimated annual consumption will be as follows: 81,841 MWh, coming from 803 connection points.

This batch also includes injection sites.

Supply of electrical energy for all low-voltage (LV) sites of the Walloon Region's infrastructure (SPW – MI, SPW – ARNE, SPW – TLPE, SPW – SUPPORT), SOFICO and some APWs.

The estimated annual consumption will be as follows: 22,064 MWh, coming from 2455 connection points.
