This is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts for the creation of landscaped spaces and their maintenance for the Rouen proximity pole and for the technical services of the city of Rouen. The Métropole Rouen Normandie is designated as coordinating member of this group of orders. The successful companies will hold one contract per group member, i.e. two contracts.
