The objective of this tender is to maximise the need for all maintenance work of all Electrical and Mechanical (E&W) installations for the contracting authority's locations (as described in the price sheet). Contracting entity is looking for a partner who can carry out the necessary inspections, maintenance work (both preventive and corrective) and replacement of parts and plant replacement for all E&W installations.

Scope of service:

Service scope is to identify (using a zero measurement), mapping and checking the current status of maintenance and tracking these data in an application. At least once a year, preventive maintenance is carried out at the contracting authority's locations, while the contractor also takes care of cleaning and keeping the space around the installations. The Contractor is also expected to provide advice on any necessary adjustments to the installations. In carrying out the various maintenance work related to regular maintenance (preventive and corrective) and any repair or replacement, the contract shall apply to all E&W installations of the contracting authority. To be divided into fixed and variable maintenance applicable to both “E” and “W”.

Current average annual expenditure is approx.

EUR 200 000 per year including VAT (calculated over the past two years).
