The purpose of this procurement is to engage a contractor for contract ‘M005 Internal construction work and technical installations work’.
The building consists of 13 main floors above ground in addition to a basement with a technical room. See the plan drawings and section in Annex F5.
The following is to be procured through ‘M0005 Internal construction work and technical installations’.
— Constructional fitting work.
— Plumbing installations.
— Air treatment system.
— Electro/tele.

After the contract has been signed there will be an optimalisation period of approx. 6 months with a start 2-6 weeks after the contract has been signed. The start-up date will be agreed when the contract is signed. The aim of the optimalisation period is to:
1. Reduce the risk for the builder and contractor
2. Give optimal technical systems
3. Ensure predictability and rational production
4. Reduce project costs
5. Create trust between the builder and contractor, team-building.
The optimalisation process is described in more detail in ‘Annex A3 Optimalisation Process’.
The project manager and process manager will be called in to an interview approx. one week after the tenders have been submitted, in order to present the tenderer's plans for the optimalisation and construction phase. Questions from the contracting authority during the interview will be about the tender's description of plans for the optimalisation and construction phase. Questions will be sent to tenderers who have submitted a tender prior to the interview.
It will not be possible for the parties to negotiate the content/terms of the tender in the interview, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations dated 7 April 2006 no. 402 § 21-1 (1). Any clarifications resulting from uncertainties in the tenders will be dealt with in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 7 April 2006 no. 402 § 21-1 (2).
