This consultation concerns work damage insurance services and possibly liability of Constructor Non Director (CNR) for all construction operations carried out by Grand Lyon Habitat both on its own account and for that of private or public contractors whatever their nature and their destination. It also concerns the possible underwriting of all risks construction insurance contracts. This Framework Agreement constitutes:

— a single-attribution framework agreement governed by Articles L. 2125-1; R. 2162-2 paragraph 1; R. 2162-4 to R. 2162-6; R.2162-9; R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code;

— this framework agreement sets out the contractual provisions firmly and will be executed as purchase orders are issued in accordance with the terms defined in that framework agreement. The framework agreement is entered into without a minimum or maximum amount.
