The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the Municipality of Tarnów City and the Municipality Organizational Units and other entities. Electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the standards set out in Section 38 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 4, 2007 on the detailed conditions of the operation of the electricity system. The order was divided into two tasks (parts):

(a) Task No 1 BC: supply of electricity to 363 points of consumption located in distribution networks operated by TAURON Distribution SA OSD, OSD Grupa Azoty S.A. (according to the location set out in Annex 1 to SWZ).

(b) Task No 2 pn: supply of electricity to 321 street lighting intake points located in distribution networks operated by TAURON Distribution SA OSD and OSD Grupa Azoty S.A. (according to the location set out in Annex 1 to SWZ).

Supply of electricity to 363 intake points located in distribution networks operated by TAURON Distribution SA OSD, OSD Grupa Azoty SA (according to the location specified in SWZ). Electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the standards set out in Section 38 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 4, 2007 on the detailed conditions of the operation of the electricity system. It is anticipated that the amount of energy collection points during the period of the order may be increased, for example, by newly built street lighting, lighting of quavers and illuminations of buildings and walls, as well as newly constructed or acquired objects or buildings, etc. supply of energy to SZ facilities and to new pre-emptive points to be built and connected to the grid. Electricity demand may also be increased if electricity consumption is increased. Any increase in energy consumption and increase in the amount of energy consumption points will be made within the scope of the order, taking into account the right of options. It is stipulate that the amount of energy collection points during the period of the order may be reduced in case of, for example, sale or fire of a building, liquidation of lighting, etc. Any reduction in energy consumption will be made within the scope of the order, taking into account the right of options.
