ekom21 is a corporation under public law and provides modern information and communication services (ICT) of all kinds for its association members.
The object of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements without the establishment of an acceptance obligation to cover non-detailed procurement requirements of the beneficiaries for the supply of network and telecommunication components as well as related services and additional services including optional maintenance, services and supplementary contracts, as well as accessories from the manufacturer Cisco Systems, if required.
In addition to ekom21 and KIV Thuringia, eligible persons are its association members or partners, the districts, cities, municipalities, administrative associations and special purpose associations in the state of Hesse and Thuringia, respectively, including their legally independent and dependent institutions and associations and other forms of collaboration.
The framework agreement is to be concluded with a Cisco authorized Gold Certified Partner and will enable the procurement of a wide range of network and PBX components from the manufacturer Cisco, including accessories. These are products from hardware and software from the network, router, WLAN, firewall, video conferencing, IP telephone and collaboration software sector. This portfolio also includes support packs from the manufacturer Cisco and the bidder itself. These can generally differ in scope and duration. The scope of services also includes accessories for the individual products.
A further subject of the framework agreement is the retrieval of services, in particular system services (maintenance, repair, maintenance and support).
In addition to the specific customer enquiry, the manufacturer's current price list - Cisco Global Price List (Cisco GPL) - is referred to for the purpose of specifying the products and services as well as any accessories for the advertised order. The list can be viewed here on the Internet at https://tools.cisco.com/lpc/currentPL.faces?localeChanged=en_US after simple registration. In this respect, the shopping carts defined in the procurement documents are only typical and not exhaustive.
It is intended to conclude framework agreements with up to 3 economic operators.
Over the standard period of the framework agreement (see section II.2.7) of the announcement), the client estimates a total value of approximately EUR 22 000 000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated total value is based on the experience of recent years including estimated additional requirements
