The Association is following a restricted 2-stage procurement to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to the Contract in order to provide the Association with construction redevelopment works in respect of (i) 8 supported living flats; and (ii) a community wellbeing centre, at the site of the former Lockerbie School.
