1. The object of the order is the purchase with the factory supply of new computer equipment for the Technical Service Authority, in accordance with the Technical Specification of Equipment as annexed to the SWZ.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ - Description of the Order Subject — constituting the Technical Specification of the Equipment, the Price Form and the Designed Contract Provisions (contract model).

3. The parameters (Annex No 1 to the template of the contract) are to be treated as the minimum required parameters of the equipment offered. The Contracting Authority shall allow the provision of equipment with parameters better than required,

unless otherwise recorded in the technical specification. The Contracting Authority requires the specific parameters offered.
