The aim of the competition is to procure a collaboration contractor with collaboration partners for the engineering design services for and the construction of a new secondary school in Kongsvinger, dimensioned for 720 pupils.

The gross area of the school is approx. 8 400 m².

The collaboration partner is expected to have the necessary collaboration partners for the implementation of the project, i.e. project manager, engineering design group manager, site manager, consultant engineers in the relevant disciplines.

Kongsvinger municipality plans to construct a new school where the existing Tråstad school is currently located. Most of the existing buildings shall be demolished, apart from Tråstad sports hall, which shall be in use during the construction period.
