The subject of the contract are services in the field of transport and storage of corpses and human remains along with the services of renting a section room, as well as the transport of samples for testing at the request of the District Prosecutor's Office in Katowice and its subordinate units. The order is divided into 4 parts:

Part 1 - District Prosecutor's Office in Mikołów; Wyszyńskiego 13, 43-190 Mikołów.

Part 2 - District Prosecutor's Office in Mysłowice; Mikołowska 4a, 41-400 Mysłowice.

Part 3 - District Prosecutor's Office in Pszczyna; Stefan Batorego 10, 43-200 Pszczyna.

Part 4 - District Prosecutor's Office in Tychy; Wojska Polskiego 8, 43-100 Tychy.

District Prosecutor's Office in Katowice; Wita Stwosza 31, 40-042 Katowice will commission services in the field of transport and storage of human corpses and remains along with the services of renting a dissection room, as well as transporting samples for testing depending on the place of the incident on the basis of contracts concluded with a given Contractor respectively for a given Part of the contract
