The subject of the contract is a one-time delivery of counters.

1. The subject of the contract is a one-time delivery of 64 pieces of counters to the places indicated in Annex 2 to the Agreement – "List of delivery places".

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1a to the SWZ/Annex No. 1 to the Agreement - "Quantitative statement of the subject of the contract and technical conditions together with net unit prices".

3. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

4. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted.

5. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted.

6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an electronic auction.

7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for convening a meeting of Contractors.
