The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, hereinafter also referred to as the sale of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385), for the Transport Technical Inspection (hereinafter referred to as TDT). Electricity should meet the technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and the implementing regulations to this Act and Polish Standards. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with quality standards of customer service, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Energy Law. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Provisions of the Contract (PPU).

Supply of electricity to the TDT building at 125 Puławska Street in Warsaw, owned by the Transport Technical Inspection in an estimated amount of 1,824,000 kWh, in accordance with the conditions contained in the description of the object constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ and the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

Supply of electricity to the buildings of the TDT Field Branches in the planned amount of 236 900 kWh for nine electricity consumption points belonging to TDT, in accordance with the conditions contained in the description of the subject constituting Annex 1.2 to the SWZ and the proposed contractual provisions constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
