The subject of the order includes the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the municipality of Pawłów and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Pawłów.
The subject of the order includes the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the municipality of Pawłów and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Pawłów (hereinafter PSZOK).
Receiving from residents will be covered by:
- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
- municipal waste collected selectively “at source”, broken down into fractions:
• paper;
• glass;
• Plastics, multi-stock packaging waste and metals;
• biowaste;
• ash;
- large-sized waste which, due to its size, cannot be collected in typical waste containers and/or bags, such as old furniture, carpets, carpeting, etc.
- used electrical and electronic equipment, including refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, etc.,
- worn tyres (from cars and agricultural machinery).
In PSZOK the reception will be covered by:
- construction and demolition waste, including: papa, polystyrene, mineral wool, rubble. The Contracting Authority informs that it will provide handling of waste reception in the PSZOK,
- hazardous waste, including paints, varnishes, paints, varnishes and solvents, fluorescent lamps, batteries and batteries, expired medicines,
- textiles and clothing.
The projected amount of properties to service includes 3603 households.
Acting on the basis of Article 95 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires that during the period of implementation of the public procurement contract, persons carrying out activities for the collection and transport of municipal waste, i.e.:
(a) drivers — loaders,
b) logistics.
were employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. The method of verification of the employment of these persons, the powers of the Contracting Authority to control the application of that obligation and the sanctions for failure to comply with these requirements are set out in the model contract.
