Leitrim County Council propose to carry out the planning and design of the 8.3 km Carrick-on-Shannon to Battlebridge Blueway project from Carrick-on-Shannon town the lock at Battlebridge on the River Shannon to Lough Allen canal.
Leitrim County Council requires multi-disciplinary engineering and other specialist consultancy services in accordance with the scheduled services which will provide the engineering environmental, economic and appraisal services required to successfully deliver the project through the planning and design phases.

Leitrim County Council requires multi-disciplinary engineering and other specialist consultancy services in accordance with the scheduled services which will provide the engineering environmental, economic and appraisal services required to successfully deliver the project through the planning and design phases.
The services to be provided include but are not limited to all services necessary and desirable for the purposeful management and delivery of phase 1 (concept and feasibility), phase 2
(options selection), phase 3 (design and environmental evaluation) phase 4 (statutory processes) and phase 5 (enabling) of the transport infrastructure Ireland Project Management Guidelines PE-PMG-02041 (TII PMG), the associated Transport Infrastructure Ireland Project Appraisal Guidelines (TII PAG) and the Government's Public Spending Code (PSC).
