1. Object of the contract:

Supply of electricity for the Plant in the B21 tariff group and to low-voltage consumption points in the tariff groups: 5 points C11 and 1 point C12A.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards of the Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 220, as amended) and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on specific operating conditions for the power system for Master - Odpady i Energia Sp. z o. o. to the Międzygminny Zakład Usług Zagładarowania Komunalnych (MZKZOK) in Tychy in the B21 tariff group and to the low voltage consumption points in the tariff groups: 5 points C11 and 1 point C12A.

2. Description of technical and operational parameters of the order or technical data:

4) Forecast electricity demand during the contract period, i.e. from 1/1/2020 to 31/12/2021 (24 months)

• for medium voltage consumption points is about 8,000 MWh (for 24 months), taking into account that renewable energy and heat from biogas is produced in MZKZOK, and the purchased energy is intended for MZKZOK's own needs.

At the same time, the expected electricity production over a 24-month period is between 4,000 MWh and 10,000 MWh.

All the energy produced will be used in the first place to supply MZKZOK, and the surplus will be sold to end users through introduction into the network.

• for low-voltage consumption points, estimated total consumption over a period of 24 months for the consumption point (s) in the tariff group:

- C12A - peak active: 2.55 MWh, off-peak active: 7.2 MWh

- C11 - 67.5 MWh

The volume of electricity given is an estimated value based on previous consumption and production. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce or increase the total volume of electricity, relative to a certain amount. Any change in estimated consumption will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, except for billing for the actual amount of electricity consumed at the prices specified in the tender documentation.
