Maintenance market for green spaces:
- lot 01: mowing, maintenance of beds, mowing - market including an insertion clause,
- lot 02: maintenance of football fields and sports fields,
- lot 03: maintenance of cemeteries - market reserved for integration structures by economic activity.
Maintenance includes: clippings, hedge trimming, mowing, maintenance of trees, shrubs, trunks and pathways in marquise sand or red shale.
The maintenance of green spaces will include all the care necessary to maintain plants in good condition, the relining of lawns and general cleaning to maintain in perfect condition parts of the gardens, including paths and areas of marquise sand or in red shale.
Additional supplementary benefit 1 (PSE 1):
Lot 01 includes a PSE for the complete mowing of a parcel (EPF land) with an area of 47 000 m
Lot 02
This market includes:
- the maintenance of turfed football pitches: grass cutting, coring, sand spreading, grass relining, scarification, fertilizer spreading, picketing and tracing, rolling of terrain,
- Stabilized sports fields (athletics track and petanque courts): planing pass, aerator passage, shale spreading and leveling, antifoam, picketing and tracing,
- maintenance of the synthetic football pitch: weeding with biocontrol products, checking of the penalty points, checking of the joints of gluing and repairs, specific decompacting and aeration by decomposer, contribution of SBR rubber with incorporation and brushing.
Possible additional benefit (PSE 2):
The PSE of lot 02 concerns the treatment of stabilized petanque grounds: weeding and evacuation of grasses, 3 times a year.
Lot 03: maintenance of the 3 cemeteries.
The market includes:
Clippings, maintenance of massifs, hedges, weeding of stabilized areas and pathways, red shale, chippings of the Marne and marquise sand, mowing and debranding.
