The present award procedure is intended to procure a system for optimised case management. Through the introduction of such a system, the aim is to improve the process, treatment, documentation and billing quality through case-accompanying data, text analyses and the use of various artificial intelligence approaches. Case information is continuously collected, evaluated or processed in order to continuously optimize the core processes around the case procedurally and qualitatively.

Data quality and management

The system to be procured is to present all available detailed case history information in a structured manner through data merges, interacting with a central data platform of the client, or from the source systems, text mining and artificial intelligence, in order to be able to analyze and scientifically evaluate it across patients with a focus on a general improvement of patient care.

Process quality

Decision support: In the case of an inpatient admission, the system provides information if an operation is included in the current AOP contract (AOP context factors).

The clinic staff can additionally use structured information and hints after their own detailed examination and questioning to enable an optimized course of the case.

Dokumentationsqualität

The system to be procured should use data merges, text mining and artificial intelligence to present all available detailed case information and the treatment path in a structured manner and show concrete indications of documentation gaps.

The system to be procured is intended to present all available detailed case history information in a structured manner by means of data merges, text mining and artificial intelligence and to make concrete suggestions for optimizing case-accompanying coding with the aim of rightcoding.
