The University of Groningen intends to conclude a new agreement for the maintenance of lifts, by which we mean preventive, corrective and replacement or investment maintenance and other necessary maintenance work on the installations in accordance with NEN2767. The purpose of maintenance is to guarantee safety, as much availability of the installations as possible and to maintain the maintenance level. To this end, the University of Groningen has set up this public European tender for the entire University of Groningen. The contract will be placed on the market in three lots, namely:

Plot 1 Downtown

Plot 2 Zernike Complex

Lot 3 Façade maintenance installations

The University of Groningen aims to contract one service provider per plot.
