Maintenance market for heating, DHW, air conditioning and air conditioning equipment and installations

Public market for the operation of the heating network of the control group of the City of Petit-Couronne, the CCAS of Petit-Couronne, the SIVU of restoration of the crown and the CRJS of Petit-Couronne.

There are no plans to split into lots. The services will be allocated by single market.

- PFI (fixed profit-sharing) type contract for the City of Petit-Couronne;

- MCI type market (profit-sharing metering market) for the SIVU - CCAS and CRJS.
